Position Description

Due to the rapid growth of our company and growing demand for product, PistolStar is seeking a Business Development Representative at our new location in Bedford, NH. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to all inbound leads to learn more about their authentication projects. This position will work directly with a Sales Manager and have a direct impact on the company’s success and growth by providing qualifying prospects from lead status into the sales pipeline.You will work to move all “marketing qualified” leads into “sales qualified” leads. This is done by handling all first contact with new prospects and build relationships through marketing activity – contact us submissions, campaigns, direct mail, email, and more!You must be an energetic, enthusiastic, coach-able and organized individual who enjoys prospecting and initiating business-oriented conversations with Director, VP and C-Level business professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Generate appointments and quotes by means of reaching out to all inbound lead activity, effectively manage inbound leads in an effort to qualify and market our solutions to potential customers.
  • Work directly with marketing and sales teams to discover opportunities from incoming leads.
  • Use of strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments.
  • Consistent use of the information-based approach and techniques based on product solutions.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong phone and written customer communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new technology and be comfortable discussing with prospects.
  • Ability to make formal and informal presentation to staff and clients.
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals.
  • Strong PC skills required, including use of standard MS Office applications.

If you can answer yes to any of these questions then we’d love to talk to you. We are currently seeking the right individual to become a member of our team as a Certified Network Engineer.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Certified Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. You will be part of a team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs.

  • Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
  • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
  • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
  • Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
  • Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
  • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
  • Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on network engineering experience
  • CCNP or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued)
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
  • Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
  • University degree in Computer Science or a related subject
